EXERCISE TO SLIM THE WAIST :
Step 1: Sit on a yoga mat. Put your legs straight out flat and your feet together.
Step 2: While holding the handle, lie down and pull yourself up.
Step 3: Repeat several times.
EXERCISE TO STRENGTHEN THE LEGS :
Step 1: Lie down on the mat with your hands on the handle of the belt.
Step 2: Place your feet on the pedals and bend your legs to 90 degrees.
